- Space allocation for service desks (savings, insurance, exports/Niryat, complaints).
- Queue management, seating, parcel packaging, and facilities for seniors/women/disabled.
Workplace Layout
- Optimization of service counters, back-office desks, and workflow efficiency.
Mail Processing
- Sorting areas, parcel handling, and postman sorting tables.
Storage & Warehousing
- Document storage and support for small entrepreneurs (packaging/fulfillment).
- Security Infrastructure
- Surveillance systems and controlled access zones.
Technology & Infrastructure
- Digital integration (kiosks, self-booking counters, digital lockers), innovative lighting, and materials.
Employee Welfare
- Restrooms, recreational areas, and sanitation facilities.
Accessibility
- Inclusive design for disabled users.
- All Heads of Circles (HOCs) must submit innovative solutions and best practices implemented in their regions.
- Feedback should address emerging customer needs and align with DoP’s evolving business models.
