Subject: Allotment of Postal Circle to successful candidates of Limited Departmental Competitive Examination for promotion to Inspector Posts.

General Conditions:

• Promotion effective from the date of assuming charge as Inspector Posts.
• Immediate appointment and deputation for Induction Training when slots are available.
• Probation Period: 2 years.
• Re-allotment Requests: Not permitted under any circumstances.
• Relieving Timeline: Within 15 days of this order (subject to Para 3 conditions).
• Declination of Promotion: Parent Circle must forward refusal letters to Directorate by 04.05.2025.
• Charge Report: Officers must email a copy of the charge assumption report to adspn.dte@indiapost.gov.in.

Vigilance Clearance:

• Circles must verify the official’s vigilance status per Directorate’s letter X-7/6/2022-SPN-II dated 17.05.2023.
• If the official falls under the "deemed sealed cover" category, do not relieve and report to Directorate immediately.

Compliance Requirements:

• Ensure adherence to instructions in Directorate letters A-34020/01/2024-DE dated 17.12.2024 & 26.03.2025.
• PwBD Candidates: Valid disability certificates must be verified.
• Pay fixation on promotion as per prevailing rules.
