• If posting orders are delayed, officials must report to the transferee Circle Office.
• Submit relieving/joining reports via email: adspn.dte@indiapost.gov.in.
• Consolidated report on relieved officials due by 04.05.2025.

Declination Policy:

• Refusal letters must be emailed to Directorate within 7 days of order issuance.
• Late declinations will not be entertained.
