Formulation of AIP (All India Postal) Calendar 2025-26 & Tentative Fund Allotment for Events

Key Decisions:

Revised Event Schedule:

• Due to fund shortages, AIP sporting events (excluding the Cultural Meet) will now be conducted biennially.
• Only events not held in 2024-25 will be organized in 2025-26, alongside the Cultural Meet.

Fund Allocation Caps:

• Hosting Limits: Maximum amounts fixed per event (see Annexure A).
• Participation Funds: Each Circle can receive up to ₹7 lakhs for team nominations/hosting (subject to audit compliance).

Annexures:

• Annexure A: List of approved events with hosting budgets (e.g., Athletics: ₹25L, Cultural Meet: ₹35L).
• Annexure B: Proforma for Circles to submit hosting willingness by 30.04.2025.

• Circles must confirm willingness to host specified events by the deadline, adhering to budget limits.
• Funds released only after submission of audited accounts (F&C).
