Detailed Summary
1. Purpose

• The memorandum grants Special Casual Leave (CL) to eligible members of the All India Postal Employees Union (AIPEU) Postman & MTS cadre to attend:
• Circle Working Committee Meeting on 26th April 2025 (for Circle Office Bearers & Divisional Secretaries).
• Circle Conference from 27th–28th April 2025 (for delegates + journey time).

2. Key Directives
Eligibility:

• Working Committee Members: 1-day CL (26/04/25).
• Conference Delegates: 2-day CL (27–28/04/25) + actual journey time.

• Leave is provisional until attendance certification is submitted.
• Annual Cap: Special CL must not exceed 20 days per year.

3. Action Required

• Regional Postmasters General (Chennai/Tiruchirappalli/Madurai/Coimbatore) to notify all Divisions/Units.
• Foreign Post Superintendent, Chennai to comply.
