UIDAI Notification: POC Release for Scanner System - Ready for Evaluation

Dear Sir/Madam,

We're pleased to announce the Proof of Concept (POC) release of the scanner system is now available for evaluation.

This buld includes core scanning functionality, integration with backend systems, and basic error handling.

In Upload Portal (https://upload.usda.gov.in/ click on POC Release for scanner System" to download the executable. Please follow the steps as mentioned in readme file.

# Scanner System POC - Quick Start Guide

## Requirements

✓ Windows 10/11

✓ internet connection

## Installation

1. **Unzip Package**

-Extract all files from ZIP archive

-Preserve folder structure

2. Launch Application**

-Navigate to extracted folder

-Double-click runAppbs

-First launch initializes components (0-1 minutes)

-Enter necessary detals

## Scanning Workflow

1. "Device Selection

- From dropdown menu, choose your scanner model

- Click **Refresh" if device not detected

2. **Configure Settings**

- Select resolution (500/350 recommended)

3. "Execute Scan**

- Place document in scanner

- Click **Scan** button

-Wait for beep confirmation

4. Post-Scan Options**

-**Done**: Finalize session (scan completed)

Scan Next: Repeat process for multi-page documents
