The competent authority has approved the SAP ECP and SAP EP Portal application downtime requests for the following periods:.

1.Downtime of SAP ECP application

Downtime Window: Saturday, 22nd Mar 2025, 8:00 PM to 23rd Mar 2025, Sunday, 7:00 AM

Business Impact: All SAP ECC modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted.

2.Downtime of SAP EP Portal application

Downtime window: Saturday, 22nd Mar 2025, 8:00 PM to 23rd Mar 2025, Sunday, 2:00 AM

Impact: SAP EP portal will not be accessible during the downtime window.
