Subject: Revised eligibility criteria for Mail Overseer - reg.

Madam/Sir,

I am directed to refer letter of even number dated 10.09.2024 on the aforesaid subject whereby revised eligibility criteria for Mail Overseer was circulated and to state that the mandatory cooling off period of one year as prescribed in para 3 of aforesaid letter dated 10.09.2024 is hereby dispensed with. Further, Mail Overseers may be compulsorily rotated among the Unit/Sub-Division within a Division upon completion of 3 years' tenure.

2. All other provisions of aforesaid letter dated 10.09.2024 shall remain unchanged.

3. This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
