Key Instructions for CBS Post Offices:

Strict Compliance Required:

• Ensure no SB/PPF/SSA/NSS-87/NSS-92 accounts or modifications remain unverified by 29.03.2025.
• Interest will not be posted for accounts with pending verification.

Alert to Staff:

• Concerned staff must prioritize verification to avoid lapses.
• Verification Procedure (via HAFI Menu):

Menu Path:

HAFI → SOLID (Default).

Steps:

• Refer No.: Enter 1 or 2 spaces.
• Table Short Name: GAM.
• Function Code: M.
• Authorization Status: Select "Not Authorized".
• GL Subhead Codes:
• SB: 30001
• PPF: 33001
• SSA: 30042

Action Points:

• Immediate Review: Identify and clear all pending verifications.
• Staff Accountability: Designate responsible personnel to monitor compliance.

Non-compliance will result in interest non-posting.
