Respected Madam,

With reference to subject, this association would like to draw your attention once again to the pending matters of issuing the final All India Seniority List of HSG-I (RMS) and filling up the vacant posts of Superintendent (Sorting) in Railway Mail Service (RMS).

2.Despite the repeated follow-ups through our letters referenced above, these critical issues remained unresolved. The absence of a finalized seniority list and unfilled vacancies have been causing operational delays and administrative hurdles, significantly impacting the efficiency of RMS.

3. This association earnestly requests that necessary steps be taken without further delay to address these pressing concerns in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the Hon'ble DTE Letter No. 17-05/2023-SPG-II dated 20/23.02.2024.

4. Hence, it is respectfully prayed that the final All India Seniority List of HSG-I (RMS) may kindly be prepared and issued to all concerned at the earliest. Additionally, it is requested to hold the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) for Superintendent (Sorting) (RMS) without any further delay.
