Subject: Creation of New Email id for NEFT/RTGS Queries - Reg.
Madam/Sir,

Kindly refer to the OM No. CPRC/1-3/2024 dated 11.03.2025.

2). In accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) circulated vide SB Order No. 8/2022 dated 17.05.2022, the post offices and circles have to contact Payment Channel Division (PCD), Bengaluru which was functioning as Nodal Office for NEFT/RTGS in cases of grievances and issues related to NEFT/RTGS.

3). Centralized Processing and Reconciliation Centre (CPRC), Chennai has started functioning as Nodal office for NEFT/RTGS w.e.f. 12.03.2025. A separate email ID neftrtgscprc.tn@indiapost.gov.in is created for NEFT /RTGS purpose.

4). Therefore, it is requested that all the offices may contact this office and use the above said email ID for any issues, operational support and grievances related to NEFT/RTGS.

5). This is issued with the approval of the Director.
