MEETING NOTICE

Subject: Discussion on integrated projects under Postal Logistics Project

A review meeting under the chairmanship of Member (Operations) has been scheduled to discuss the following agenda:

i. Planning of Integrated hubs / Delivery Centres / Foreign Post Offices / DNKS to be setup under Postal Logistics Infrastructure Project in identified Circles

ii. Introduction of e-Commerce Export Hubs

iii. Procurement of Electric Vehicles

iv. Booking & Delivery of PM Vishwakarma Toolkits

v. Status of pending CoD and compensation payments.

2. The meeting will be held on 04.03.2025 at 1530 hours through Bharat VC. Link for the said meeting will be shared in due course.

3. Head of Circles are requested to attend the said meeting.
