SAP Downtime for Maintenance on 02/02/2025

Respected Sir/Madam,

The competent authority has approved the following Downtime of SAP CRM, SAP OEP, SAP PTM applications on Sunday, 2nd Feb 2025.

Reason

In Superdome-4 server in DC, two DIMM (RAM) has failed and HP OEM has recommended for replacement of parts. Currently applications are running on less RAM. For replacement of RAM, downtime is required. Superdome-4 server hosts following application instances:

• SAP ECC Apps 4 (BPECCAV4) - SAP ECP App Instances 50, 60,70
• SAP CRM CI (BPCRMCV1) - SAP CRM CI Instance
• SAP PTM CI (BPTMCIV1) - SAP PTM CI Instance
• SAP PTM APP4 (BPTMAPV4) - SAP PTM App Instance 58, 60
• SAP OER CI (BPOERCV1) - SAP OER CI Instance
• SAP CRM APPS4 (BPCRMAV4) - SAP CRM App Instance 58, 60
• SAP OER APP4 (BPOERAV4) - SAP OEP App Instance 60

Downtime Window: Sunday, 2nd Feb 2025 8:00 AM to Sunday, 2nd Feb 2025 4:00 PM.

Business Impact: SAP CRM, SAP OEP and SAP PTM applications will not be accessible during the downtime window. Track N Trace, Complaint Management, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report, Call Center, creation of schedules will be impacted during the downtime window.

It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
