SAP Approved Downtime from 1100hours to 1900hours on 25/02/2025

The competent authority has approved the following downtime:

Infra team is planning to perform CPU Cores augmentation activity on OTP (BPAPOTPLDV01) server on Tuesday 25th February 2025 at 11 PM.

Reason for Augmentation: CPU Utilization has started going above 90% during the peak hours.

Downtime Window: Tuesday , 25th February 2025, From 11:00 PM till 26th February 2025 07:00 AM

Business Impact: OTPs & SMS will not be delivered during the time of activity.

It is requested to kindly inform all office/officers accordingly.
