Sub: Regarding delay in day to day reconciliation of ATM machines due non- reachability.

With reference to above mentioned subject, it is to bring to your kind notice that IPPB team is facing difficulties in carrying out day to day reconciliation of ATM machines due to their non-reachability. As a result of non-reachability of ATM machines, EJ could not be pulled by the concerned vendor during non-business hours (at the end of the day) which is impacting the day to day reconciliation of these ATM machines. The main reasons for the non-reachability of ATM machines during non business hours might be switch off mode of UPS, Router/Switch or Office main power supply at the ATM located SOLS.

In the wake of above scenario, it is therefore requested to direct the concerned officials of the SOLS where ATM machines are located to keep UPS, Router/Switch and Office Main Power supply in running mode for 24/7 to avoid ATM disconnection which will lead to ease in day to reconciliation of ATM machines.

This issues with the approval of DDG FS.
