Subject: Proposed discontinuation of submission of physical copy of SPM monthly report.

This is regarding proposed discontinuation of submission of physical copy of SPM monthly report.

2. SPM Report includes monthly progress in revenue realisation of Sub Post Offices by the various sectors of postal products/services like Postal Operations, Aadhar, POSB, PLI, IPPB which can be obtained in CSI system.

3. Further, Coordination Division has informed that from the month of May and onwards, Google spreadsheet is being created on monthly basis for submission of MPB by Postal Circles and a Dashboard for Monthly Performance Report is under process in consultation with Technology Division and CEPT. Further Coordination Division is of the view that as SMR is available on CSI system, there doesn't seem requirement of physical/ manual submission of SMR.

4. It is therefore, requested to examine the feasibility of discontinuation of physical SPM Report and send the inputs on the same on email id:- podivisiondte@gmail.com by 12th November, 2021 positively so that an appropriate action can be taken in this regard. It is also requested to send a report in respect of submission of SPM Report in the prescribed proforma (enclosed herewith).
