Subject: Development of an Online Portal for review of Post Offices (Establishment and Income/Cost Review).

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to this office letter of even number dated 15.01.2025, vide which timelines for various activities related to this special Establishment Review and Rationalization was shared with all the Circles with a request to complete Data Entry/Verification by 14.02.2025

2. However, considering the slow progress of the task completion, it has been decided with the approval of the Competent Authority to extend the timelines for data entry, verification and analysis to enable the Circles to complete the task. The extended timelines are as follows:
