Message from CEPT regarding Customer Data Sanitization in r/o IT 2.0

Dear All,

As per the discussions done in the Data Sanitization VC held today the following improvements have been done for Customer data sanitization module.

1) Mobile number mandate is removed for BNPL customers wherever there are multiple district contracts available if they are not required those can be made inactive

2) Mandate update of important fields for inactive customer is removed

3) BNPL save error for multiple records is addressed

Employee details for maker checker is being verified for cards display any pending tickets can be raised as tickets
