Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) Online Engagement Sch. Jan 2025- HDMS Tickets Handling

Respected Sir/Madam,
The GDS engagement process is made live w.e.f. 10-02-2025. As per the provisions made in the software tickets are being raised by the Candidates through the HDMS (Help Desk Management System) software.


As per the process, all the tickets raised by circles will be received in CEPT login and will be responded accordingly. Similarly, all the tickets raised by candidates will be available in Divisional/Circle login. The circle/division either can
a. reply to the ticket
b. transfer the ticket to Divisions/Circles if it relates to operational / process related issues/clarifications
c. transfer the ticket to CEPT, if it is a technology related issue. (notification and FAQ is attached)

As the tickets are already being raised by the candidates and are available in Circle logins/Divisional logins, request to cause action for providing suitable replies. It is also requested to cause suitable directions to all the Divisions under your control to ensure clearance of the tickets, if any, in their login.
