Department of Posts appealed for demands raised by the Postal JCA and various agitational programme proposed to be oragnised from 14/02/2025 at Divisional level to Indefinite strike from 18/03/2025 onwards. In this regard, DOP has instructed to Circle/Regional Heads to ensure the uninterrupted postal service on the proposed agitational programme dates.

Subject: Phase wise agitational programme by Postal Joint Council of Action
Madam/ Sir,
The undersigned is directed to inform that Postal Employees will observe phase wise agitational programme as under:·
PROGRAMME
14.02.2025: Divisional level agitation program
18.02.2025 to 20.02.2025 Nationwide wearing of demand badges by employees
25.02.2025 Circle level dharna and submission of strike notices
03.03.2025 Centralized dharna at Jantar Mantar, New Delhi 10.03.2025 Postcard writing campaign to highlight demands 11.03.2025 Mass email campaign targeting policymakers
18.03.2025 onwards: Indefinite nationwide strike if demands remain unresolved.
2. Agitation programmes will be organized in all postal Circles by the Associations. Therefore, all Postal Circles should ensure that there is no disruption in postal services due to the agitation programme organized by the associations and all types of postal services continue to function uninterrupted.
