Subject: Development of an Online Portal for review of Post Offices (Establishment and Income/Cost Review).

Sir/Madam,
I am directed to refer to this office e-mail dated 27.12.2024 (copy attached), whereby the Circles were requested to start Master Data entry. The provision of Master data entry which was closed on 03rd of February, upon launch of the portal, has already been reopened by CEPT w.e.f. 10.02.2025 so that the Circles can modify, in case of any errors/omission and complete their master data entry, wherever it was not found feasible due to technical glitches.

2. It is noted that even after reopening of the Master Data Entry module for for over one week, same is incomplete in respect of 1871 offices, especially in the Circles U.P (608), Kerala (276), Maharashtra (186), Gujarat (168), Bihar (152), Tamil Nadu (138), and West Bengal (121). A Circle-wise Master Data Entry pendency report as on 17.02.2025 is attached for reference.

3. The Circles are, therefore, requested to take immediate action to complete the Master Data Entry, followed by Data Entry, verification and approval activities in the portal within the extended timelines, i.e., upto 28.02.2025. The Circles may raise tickets under HDMS and contact following Officers/Officials of CEPT in case they face any technical issues in Master Data entry:
