Subject: Development of an Online Portal for review of Post Offices (Establishment and Income/Cost Review).

Sir/Madam,

In its email dated 12.02.2025, CEPT has informed about receiving of tickets by CEPT intimating difference in the exact values (of auto-fetched data) in the Establishment Review Portal. It has been suggested by CEPT that editing option may also be allowed for CBS, as was done for CSI data.

2. The matter has been examined. In light of the challenges faced by field offices, particularly in retrieving accurate data by the Portal from the FSI/PLI Modules, it has been decided to introduce an editing option in the data entry process of these modules. It has also been decided that to ensure data integrity, any modifications must be supported by relevant documents, which should be preserved for review by the verifying/approving authority at any time in future.

3. GM, CEPT is, therefore, requested to ensure that the editing option is made enable in FSI/PLI module of the portal immediately. On availability of editing option, a ticker can be run on the portal for information of all users. All Circles are also requested to bring the changes to the notice of all the field offices.
