ORDER

Subject: Delegation of powers of Review to the CPMSG - reg

In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 31 of the GDS (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2020, the approval of the competent authority is hereby accorded for delegation of power of review under Rule 20 of the said rules to the CPMSG of all the Circles.

2. This delegation shall be treated as a one-time measure specific for the purpose of disposing of the petitions of GDSS against termination under Rule 8 of the GDS (Conduct & Engagement) Rules, 2020 in the respective Circles in connection with the participation in the strike during the period from 12.12.2023 to 15.12.2023.
