Sub: CRM Rollout - Addressing the issues / errors while accessing the CRM portal - reg
1. The CEPT team conducted a training session on Complaint Management and the Dak Sewa Mobile App on February 24, 2025, followed by a doubt clarification session on February 25, 2025. Over 500 officials have participated in the training program.
2. During the training program on February 25, 2025, Circles requested approximately 300 additional credentials for End User training, in addition to the existing 30,000 user credentials.
3. All the DoP employees can access the training environment for CRM, using their Employee ID as the User ID and the default password as Dop@1234 provided for accessing Establishment Review Portal by the employee.
4. Users are required to change their password upon first login.

6. All Divisional Heads, Regions, and Circles currently have the Role Management card which allows them to perform the following functions:
