OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Charge Report of Officers promoted in PS Group B Cadre-regarding.

With reference to this Department Order No. 9/02/2024-SPG-II dated 27.12.2024 and subsequent OM of even number dated 28.01.2025, charge reports have not been received till date in respect of the following officers:

1.Subhasish Bhattacharjee           Assam
2.D.P. Bhowar                             Maharashtra
3.S.B. Tathe                                 Maharashtra
4.M. M. Patil                               Maharashtra
5.A. D. Sarangale                        Maharashtra
6.M.S. Wange                              Maharashtra

2.As per Para -4(v) of Order dated 27.05.2024, "Incase of officer (s) who is not willing to accept his/her promotion, his/her declination letter in writing duly forwarded by the Circle office should reach this Directorate within 30 days of issue of this order. Non-assumption of charge after 30 days, without any valid reason, will attract appropriate action against the officer, viz..deemed declination of promotion etc. 3. It is requested that the requisite charge reports may be sent to this office latest by 05.03.2025 failing which the officer(s) concerned will be considered as deemed declined cases of promotion as per aforesaid order.

4.This has the approval of the competent authority.
