Additional 10% Co-efficient factor to the total operational and supervisory work load(Est-2) in Special Establishment Review

The Directorate has carefully examined the need to account for activities performed by Operative and Supervisory staff at all Post Offices (HOS & SOs) that are not covered under the Adhoc norms issued in 2019. This examination was prompted by suggestions received from Circles and Unions.
