Subject: Supply of equipment, stationery and essentials in Branch Post Offices -reg

This is regarding timely and regular supply of stationery, equipment and essentials to Branch Post Offices. In this regard kindly find enclosed a request letter from All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Uniom (AIGDSU) on non-supply of stationery, equipment and essentials in BOs which is hampering smooth operation of Branch Post Offices and causing inconvenience to both BPMs as well as public.

2. Circles are requested to kindly ensure timely supply of equipment, stationery and essentials to Branch Post Offices for their smooth functioning.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
