Respected Madam,

On the reference subject, kindly refer this association letter dated 17.11.2024, 08.12.2024 & 11.12.2024, in this regard, it is brought to kind notice of the Hon'ble Directorate that this association is waiting for meeting with Hon'ble Directorate for any final action on the subject.

2. On one hand proposal for revision/amendment in RR of PS Group-B is under under pipeline for final decision, on other hand, the year-wise lists of promotion to PS Group-B are being issued through DPC from time to time, which was latest for the year 2024 too. Fate of LDCE for PS Group-B is in the hands of the Hon'ble DTE & judiciary. It seems that IP line are benefitted back courtyard, whereas General Line Cadre is staring at the door of the Hon'ble DTE being helpless. As the department is in full transformation mode and big decisions/proposals are under pipelines. Any time, anything may be happened. Career progression after HSG-I seems closed.

3. Hence, it is prayed that a meeting on the subject may kindly be invited shortly for any final decision, so that this association can put up views of General Line Cadre.
