Restoring of temporary redeployed posts of HSG-I to their Postal Circles

Sub: - Regarding restoring of 40 temporary redeployed posts of HSG-I (NFG) to their parent Circles. Ref:- DTE PE-I Section No. Q-25/2/2020-PE-I dated 05.08.2020

Respected Madam,

On the reference subject, this association would like to bring to your kind attention that as 40 HSG-I (NFG) posts from 12 circles were temporary redeployed to 4 circles without thinking future aspect. Resultant eligible HSG-1 from these 12 circles are waiting for their turn without fault even after having more than 02 years service as per rule.

2. It is pertinent to mention that the department has already approved only 235 posts of HSG-I (NFG) for senior HSG-I vide DTE No. 25.04/2012-PE-I dated 27.05.2016 for which this association is demanding to remove the cap of 10% HSG-I (NFG) posts for all HSG-I Cadre. But no action is heard so far. All 235 posts are still not filled up as circle-wise allotment whereas eligible HSG-I officials are waiting for their turn of 12 circles for their temporary redeployed posts from 4 circles as redeployment order referred above.

3. Hence, it is prayed to intervene into serious concern that 40 HSG-I (NFG) posts from 4 circles may kindly be restored to their 12 parent circles immediately, so that innocent eligible HSG-I officials may got HSG-1 (NFG) promotion from the date of their eligibility. A line of kind action is highly invited.
