ORDER

In continuation of this Department orders of even number dated 05.12.2023 and 31.01.2024, letter No. A-34018/02/2023-DE dated 07.01.2025 and in compliance of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India order dated 13.12.2024 in CA No. 14394/2024 arising out of SLP No. 18985/2023, approval of the Competent Authority is hereby conveyed to withdraw the promotion orders of even number dated 05.12.2023 and 31.01.2024 in r/o Sh. Rohit Nandan(DOB: 04.06.1974), Bihar Circle with immediate effect.
