Please find below information for MANTRA DEVICE where "Error message 152" is thrown
There is no issue with our CBS and Device; it is just that the device is not configured/enabled with UIDAI certificate to operate with. May be because while purchasing the use case/requirement is not mentioned specifically.
So we need to send the details to MANTRA team through email id - servico@mantratec.com for enabling the respective device. Please do mention below details
- Entity name – Department of Post
- Device Model –
- Device Serial Number –
- Attach the error screen not in the mail
Mantra team will enable and confirm back. Once confirmed clear the cache and retry the device registration, it will work.
