Clarification on payment of TRCA to GDS Substitute on Sunday or National Holidays

GDS substitutes are eligible for TRCA payment on Sundays, but there's a condition. They must have worked continuously for six days in the leave vacancy/vacant post of Postman/MTS to qualify for Sunday payment. However, they won't receive any extra payment for National Holidays.

For GDS employees appointed against leave vacancies or vacant posts of regular Postman/MTS, the rules are slightly different. They will receive salary for all Postal Holidays that fall on working days, provided they work on both the preceding and succeeding working days to the holidays. Additionally, if they work continuously for six days in these posts, they'll also receive payment for Sundays
