Subject: Development of an Online Portal for Review of Post Offices (Establishment and Income/Cost Review).

Sir/Madam,

This is to inform that a software/portal is being developed by the CEPT for conducting Establishment Review of all the Departmental Post Offices (Establishment and Income/Cost Review) in one go instead of the prevailing practice of different periodicity fixed for such reviews at present.

2. In this regard, Urban/Rural classification and Cadre-wise number of posts in each Post office of the country (HOS/SOS) are required. Therefore, it is requested to supply the requisite information as per the attached format (in MS Excel) directly to CEPT at ddcept.mysuru@indiapost.gov.in under intimation to this office at adgestt1@indiapost.gov.in latest by 18.11.2024 positively.
