Sir/Madam,

1. Kindly ref to Dept of Posts letter No W-14/3/2023-SPN-I-DOP dt 27 Aug 2024 vide which Circle-wise and cadre-wise list of vacancy of officials for deputing to APS was circulated followed by email from DoP (SPN) dt 16 Jan 2025.

2. It is intimated that next medical screening of volunteers for enrolment into APS is scheduled during Apr 2025. The cut-off date(s) for Apr 2025 cycle is as under:-

4. It is requested to issue necessary instructions to Divisional Heads to depute volunteers as per vacancy state of Circle(s) mentioned in the letter under reference and also disseminate the information to all concerned.

5.This has the approval of Addl DG APS.
