Subject: - Withdrawal / deletion of Rule-38 transfer requests in the case of promotion, retirement, resignation and death of officials - reg.

Madam/Sir,

It has been brought to the notice of Directorate that an employee, who had already joined another department after giving technical resignation, has got his transfer approved in the online transfer portal. The transfer request should have been deleted from online transfer portal immediately after his technical resignation, however, that was not done in this case.

3. All Heads of Circles are requested to ensure timely withdrawal/ deletion of Rule- 38 transfer requests in the case of promotion, retirement, resignation and death of officials. Regular audits of the pending transfer requests may be done to clear outdated requests, ensuring fair opportunities for active employees on waiting lists.
