IMPORTANCE OF BOOK CODE NO 88 OF JEEVAJEGAN PUBLICATIONS

1. This book contains practical questions of various subjects such as Pay, Pension, Leave, TA, GPF, Scooter / Computer/ House Building Advance, Court Attachment, Last Pay Certificate, Postmaster's Balance Sheet and Schedule of Financial Powers

2. Five Pay related problems are available which are useful for AAO examination.

3. There are four pension related problems are available.

• Pension problem is a compulsory question. Candidates are requested to concentrate on pension problems.
• According to CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021 all types of retirements should be made in the afternoon only.
• Officials should be relieved in the afternoon even in case of Voluntary Retirement.
• If suppose the examination question, the official was relieved on 01.05.2024 Forenoon. We should ignore 01.05.2024. Last working day 30.04.2024 will be taken into account for calculation of pension.
• Maximum of Death gratuity / Retirement gratuity upto 31.12.2023 is Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty lakh only) 
• Maximum of Death gratuity / Retirement gratuity after 01.01.2024 is Rs. 25,00,000/- (Twenty five lakh only)
