Scheduled SAP Maintenance Activity

Respected Sir/Madam,

The Competent authority has approved the following SAP downtime activity.

Reason: encountering network fluctuations / drops frequently on SAP ECP database server and resulting in SAP slowness and connectivity issues. In order to address network fluctuation issue, some tasks have been suggested by OEMs for which downtime of approximately 18 hours is required.

Downtime Window: 14th Dec 2024 09:00 PM to 15th Dec 2024 3:00 PM

Business Impact: All SAP Modules including Mail Operations, HRMS, F&A, IPVS, DPMS, Enterprise Portal, Bulk Booking, Bulk Customer Report and Call Center will be impacted. SAP ECP application will not be accessible during the downtime window.
