Issue: COD Articles Delivered but Delivery Date Not Updated
In some cases, the delivery date for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) articles is not updated, resulting in COD amounts not being reflected in the SAP Delivery Tracking Report (DTR).
Resolution Steps:
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
1. Update Delivery Status: Use the "BO Articles Returns" option in the Delivery Post Management System (DPMS) to update the delivery status.
2. Mark Articles as Delivered: From the BO return screen, mark the articles as delivered.
3. Automated Financial Postings: Upon marking the articles as delivered, the event status will be updated in the track and trace system, triggering automatic financial postings and enabling biller payment.
