The Department of Posts is conducting training sessions on the Post Office Act, 2023, Post Office Rules, 2024, and Post Office Regulations, 2024. This training is crucial for equipping the workforce with the necessary understanding of the new legislative framework.

The training plan has been outlined, and all Circles are requested to ensure its timely implementation. Master trainers trained at PTC Vadodara must organize onsite training sessions for Divisional Heads, ASPs/IPs, and trainers at WTCs/DTCs by December 5, 2024. The training material provided by PTC Vadodara should be utilized for these sessions.

Divisional Teams must complete training sessions for all remaining employees, including Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs), by December 9, 2024. A phased approach will ensure systematic dissemination of the training and compliance with the stipulated timelines.

To track the training progress, a spreadsheet has been created where all Circles must update the status of Divisional training, total number of officials to be trained, and provide daily updates on the progress.

This is regarding Training on the Post Office Act, 2023, Post Office Rules, 2024, and Post Office Regulations, 2024.

2. As emphasized earlier, the training is a critical step towards equipping the Department's workforce with the necessary understanding of the new legislative framework. All Circles are hereby requested to ensure that the training of trainers and further dissemination of knowledge is conducted in a time-bound manner, as per the outlined plan. Master trainers trained at PTC Vadodara must organize onsite training sessions for Divisional Heads, ASPs/IPs, and trainers at WTCs/DTCs by 05.12.2024. Training material provided by PTC Vadodara, also available on the Dak Karmayogi portal, should be utilized for these sessions.

3. Further, Divisional Teams should complete training sessions for all remaining employees, including Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDSs), by 09.12.2024. This phased approach ensures systematic dissemination of the training and compliance with the stipulated timelines.

4. To facilitate real-time tracking of the training progress, a spreadsheet has been created where all Circles must update the status of Divisional training, total number of officials to be trained and provide daily updates on the progress.
