Subject: Regarding implementation of Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP) in DoP.

As part of the Annual Capacity Building Plan (ACBP), mid-term and long- term capacity-building initiatives are to be undertaken. The plan includes a detailed training calendar specifying the number of participants. The progress of the ACBP is being monitored by the Cabinet Secretariat Coordination Unit (CSCU) under the PMO, Department of Personnel & Training (DoPT), and the Capacity Building Commission (CBC).

2. Under the ACBP, in accordance with the approved FRACing framework, various domain, functional, and behavioral competency courses have been categorized for training on the IGOT Karmayogi platform. Circles have already been requested through DDG (Mission Karmayogi) DO letters bearing No. Tr- 19/1/2023-Training-DOP dated 03.10.2023 and 17.10.2023, to ensure timely completion of these courses.

3. It has been observed that following courses on General Financial Rules (GFR) 2017 has not yet been utilized by the relevant cadres, including IP/ASP, Group A & B officers, and OAS in DO/CO/RO, on the iGOT Karmayogi portal.

4.Accordingly, Circles are hereby requested to ensure that the aforementioned courses are completed by the concerned cadres not later than December 25, 2024.
