What's New

• Maximum weight of Registered letter is 500 Grams (Earlier it was 2000 Grams)
• Maximum Limit of EMO (Electronic money order) is increased from Rs.5000/- to Rs. 10000/-
• A Declaration Checkbox is introduced in EMO Booking screen. Users need to select the checkbox while booking the EMO else he/she will not be able to do Payment.
• Registered Book Packet service is renamed to Book Post however Pricing, tariff, slab etc. will be same.
• Registered Periodical is renamed to Periodical Post, however Pricing, tariff, slab etc. will be same.
• Business Parcel service is renamed to India Post Parcel Contractual, however Pricing, tariff, slab etc. will be same.
• Registered Parcel is renamed to India Post Parcel Retail However Pricing, tariff, slab etc. will be same.
• VPP is renamed COD Retail.
• Registered Printed Books service is discontinued.
• Registered Pattern & Sample packet service is discontinued.
• Only 4 IPO denominations:10, 20, 50 & 100 will be available from now onwards.
• A new service "Registered Postcard "is introduced under Mail booking. Maximum weight limit for this service is 5 grams.

Important Notes: In report, we display the standard PRODUCT CODE instead of PRODUCT NAME hence there will not be any kind of change in report. Updated PRODUCT NAME will be available only when selecting the Sub-category in Detailed report & other reports.
