Subject: Payment of TRCA to substitutes of GDS who works in the leave vacancies - reg.

Sir,

Please refer to Kerala Circle letter no. EST/MISC/CR/Pt-Il dated 27.11.2024 on the above subject.

2. The payment of TRCA/wages to substitute of GDS working in the leave vacancies should be done as per the guidelines provided under letter no. 17- 07/2019-GDS dated 09.10.2019. The term "minimum pay level" used in the said letter means that minimum pay level of the post on which substitute is working with reference to working hours of the post. For instance, for a post of BPM Level - 2, the substitute will be paid Rs. 14,500/-, (i.e., Stage-1) which is the minimum of the pay level of the post.

This issues with the approval of the competent authority.
