Minutes on Compassionate Appointment in Maharashtra Circle

Minutes of the Meeting of Circle Relaxation Committee held for consideration of the cases under Compassionate Appointment for the Vacancy year 2022 in Maharashtra Circle

As per Directorate letter no. 17-12/2022-SPG-II dated 20.01.2023 and 03.04.2023 regarding development of module for online processing of compassionate appointment cases and same was followed by Circle Office.

Vide Directorate's letter No. 17-4/2017-SPB-I/C dated 5th April 2018, Circle Relaxation Committee (CRC) at Circle level for considering compassionate appointment cases was constituted vide Circle Office letter no RE/CRC/Deptt /2022 dated 23.11.2023 with following members:

1.Shri. Amitabh Singh

2.Shri. Abhijeet Bansode

3.Dr. Ajinkya Kale

The Circle Relaxation Committee members met on 07.12.2023, 12.12.2023, 13.12.2023, 14.12.2023, 18.12.2023 and 07.05.2024 at Conference Hall, Circle Office, Mumbai. All the cases where date of application is on or before 31.01.2023 and death occurred till 31st December 2022, retirement on medical grounds before 19.05.2015, the cases referred by previous CRC for consideration for next CRC due to paucity of vacancies for the year 2021 as well as 2 cases have been reconsidered as per CAT orders for the vacancy year 2022.
