Rule 43-A (1) to 43-A (5) Paternity leave

Male govt servant with less than 2 surviving children is granted 15 days Paternity leave, before 15 days or up to six months from the date of child birth.

Paternity leave can be combined with any kind of leave and will be paid leave salary drawn immediately before the leave..

Will not be debited against any leave account..

If not availed in the stipulated time, it will lapse.
