Subject: Launch of General Insurance Mahalogin Drives (Every Thursday and Friday from December 2024 to March 2025) to fulfill potential Gap regarding.
Madam/Sir,
I am directed to state that two days (Thursday and Friday) weekly General Insurance Mahalogin Drives from December 2024 to March 2025 is being launched for recognizing performers in Circles, Regions & Divisions for adoption of the product and reduce the campaign/ YTD deficit.
2. The focus during the Mahalogin Drives will be on sourcing of new products like Group Hospi cash, Group top up policy, Motor, Rural package policy and retail health policy in addition to existing product category of Group Personal Accident Products (Individual Policy), Group Personal Accident (Employer-employee), Group Medical Claim (Employer-Employee) etc. The detailed campaign construct with incentive illustrations and Circle wise target are enclosed as Annexure-I and Annexure-II respectively.
3. Therefore, all Circles are requested to extend their support in reaching the assigned targets for this Mahalogin Drive.

New Products Category:

Existing Product Category:
Group Personal Accident Products (Individual Policy), GPA (Employer-employee), GMC (Employer-Employee) etc.
Proposed dates for login days:
Every Thursday and Friday from December 2024 to March 2025 (i.e., 5th & 6th December, 12th & 13th December, 19th & 20th December, 26th & 27th December 2024, 2nd & 3rd January, 9th & 10th January, 16th & 17th January, 23rd & 24th January, 30th & 31st January 2025, 6th & 7th February, 13th & 14th February, 20th & 21st February, 27th & 28th February, 6th & 7th March, 13th & 14th March, 20th & 21st March, 27th & 28th March 2025).

Bank Staff and End Users
Benefits to the bank/ DOP:
- Expected login in two days login is 3 Crore rupee premium which will provide at least 0.38 Cr. of revenue to the Bank and recurring revenue of0.38 Cr. year on year basis basis persistency.
- Activated endusers will source repeated policies.
- The product will increase the customer activity in their accounts.
Benefits to the DOP endusers:
- Additional commission in the running campaign to motivate them and enhance their earnings.
- Additional Incentive to Department along with end users.
- Activity in IPPB accounts
- Supporting govt. agenda through insurance inclusion.
- Note: Targets for both new and existing products must be met for Circles and Regions to qualify. Division and Branch targets will include a minimum eligibility criterion of approximately 15% for new products to qualify
