Subject: Issues faced in applying Aadhaar re-examination -reg

A kind reference is invited to the above-mentioned subject.

UIDAI mandates timely recertification for Aadhaar operators whose certificates have been expired. While attempting to apply for exam through NSE UIDAI Portal, the credentials are forgotten as it was processed during 2017 and records are not available at office also.

The existing NSE UIDAI Portal user ID and password cannot be retrieved through the available retrieval modes in the NSE UIDAI Portal, nor can they be accessed through the registered email inbox. As a result, the recertification process is unable to be completed by operators.

Given the importance of the recertification process and the urgency to resolve these issues, it is requested that the matter be taken up with UIDAI HQ. It is proposed that a feature be implernented in the NSE UIDAI Portal that would allow operators to retrieve their existing credentials (user ID/password) by using either their Aadhaar number or their registered mobile number.

By implementing this enhancement, the barriers currently faced by Aadhaar operators in accessing their accounts will be removed, and the recertification process will be facilitated more smoothly.
