Is Completion of Dak Karmayogi and iGOT Courses Mandatory for APAR Submission?

DOP Directorate Says vide in its Directorate Letter no.. No. 25-4/2013-SPG (Vol II) (Pt.) dated 05/09/2024, it is mandatory to complete the iGOT and Dak Karmayogi Training Courses in its online portal

Reference:

• The Department of Posts mandates that all employees record their completed training courses from iGOT Karmayogi and Dak Karmayogi portals in the 'Target and Achievement' section of their Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR).
• Employees must attach course completion certificates from both portals to their self-appraisals, and reporting/reviewing officers should consider this training when assessing performance.
• This instruction, issued in a circular dated September 5, 2024, aims to ensure that training undertaken on these platforms is duly recognized in the performance evaluation process.
