HRA Entitlement Rules

1. Training in X or Y Cities: For officials deputed for training, HRA is allowed at the headquarters rate or the training station rate, whichever is more beneficial.

2. Suspension Period: During suspension, HRA is drawn at the rate applicable before suspension.

3. Temporary Transfer:

    - For the first 90 days, HRA is allowed at the old headquarters rate.

    - After 90 days, HRA is drawn with reference to the new headquarters.
