How to view filled or vacant Posts in SAP?

1. PPOSE:

For Regional or Circle offices, use the t-code PPOSE to view filled or vacant posts in SAP.

T-code: PPOSE

You will get the following screen:

Click on Search Term from Office, enter the Office text and press ENTER.

You will get the following screen:

• Double click on the required office from the Hit list.
• You will get the following screen:

• Click on the Column Configuration, Select all the check-box from the column configuration list.
• You will get the following screen:

Here you can find all the posts which are mapped to the given office. All the Posts will be denoted by either  ’    ‘  or ‘     ‘, where

 Arrow symbol signifies the post is already filled. Click on the arrow to get the employee details.

 Dot symbol signifies the post is vacant.

Note: For addition of new posts, please use the ER New Post Creation template( attached below), and upload it in t-code ZHR_ERCREATE.
