The draft gradation list of Postal Assistant (PAPO) cadre in Odisha Circle corrected upto 01.01.2024 is forward herewith for kind information wide circulation to concerned Postal Assistants under your administrative jurisdiction.

In this connection, it is requested to kindly check the draft circle gradation list and intimate for any alternation or addition (omitted if any). The PAs may be instructed to submit representation with supporting document for any alternation through proper channel latest by 07.01.2025. No representation will be considered after due date and application received without proper channel will not be entertained.

Further, it is also requested that representation, if any, received from any Officials should be forwarded after due recommendation or otherwise by 15.01.2025.
